  • By Bus: Take the line 8 bus from Dubai Marina and after that board Palm Monorail which will drop you at Atlantis The Palm.
  • By Monorail: The Palm Atlantis Monorail Station is the closest public transport station and is about 1 km away.

  • Reservation is not required at the Kaleidoscope restaurant, guests can walk in anytime for lunch.
  • Smoking is prohibited at the Aquaventure Waterpark.
  • Guests with injuries (casts, bandages, etc) or contagious diseases are not permitted on the attractions.
  • Regular nappies/diapers are not allowed in any pool or attraction. Swim nappies/diapers are available in all gift shops.
  • Aquaventure Waterpark attractions are not recommended for expectant mothers, persons with a history of neck, back, joint or heart problems, an overweight person or those with physically limiting conditions.

Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 2 business hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
