Must Know Before You Go for Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark & Burj Khalifa
- Atlantis Aquaventure is a shallow water facility. Please enter all pools and attractions feet first for your safety. Diving is not permitted anywhere.
- For safety measures, you have to be at least 120cm in height to gain access to the rides at the Tower of Neptune.
- Infants aged 0-2 can enter the park for free and 2-7 year old kid will be charged as child. Children aged 0-12 may only enter the water park if accompanied by an adult.
- Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the park.
- Reservation is not required at the Kaleidoscope, guests can walk in anytime for lunch.
- Smoking is prohibited at the Kaleidoscope.
- Bring the ticket voucher along with your passport copy or Emirates ID and present it to the At the Top 'Will Call' counter.
- The Booking Confirmation at Burj Khalifa is valid only for the specific date and time shown thereon and shall automatically expire upon the lapse of this specific date and time.
- There may be a line at the observation deck exhibits.
- No food or beverages are allowed at "At the Top."
- Dubai Fountain schedule: Daily except Friday: 13:00 & 13:30 and Friday: 13:30 & 14:00.
- Prime hours are subject to change.
- Last entry 45 minutes prior to close.
